The best thing about showing vintage patterns on my blog is the comments – the “oh my goodness I had that very dress in purple and orange paisley” and such because they obviously bring back loads of memories for many of us! I wonder how many of you will recognise any of these patterns? All these are teen and junior sizes. Fingers crossed that my girls will still find them appealing by the time they’ve grown that much!
Vintage Style 4164, in size 11 Junior Petite. Not very different from current styles!
Vintage Simplicity 8803, also in size 11 Junior Petite. Groovy!
Vintage Simplicity 9725 size 11/12 – also looks fairly contemporary for now!
And finally, Vintage Simplicity 5642 size 7 Junior Petite.
The jacket is so beautifully shaped – the back seaming is wonderful too. So, does anyone have fond (or other) memories of these?
