My friends have learned to check out op-shops for me
When one of my friends was on holidays in Tasmania recently, she checked out some op-shops. And thought of me!
More vintage sewing patterns! I particularly love the one in the top left corner – I’ll definitely make that for Stella. But that’s not all:
Vintage crochet patterns! My friends know me so well.
You have the best friends, thinking of you like that! I love both those top sewing patterns – perfect.
What a great gift! I’m loving the little girls jumper pattern also…and the vintage crochet books are pretty awesome! Hopefully you will show us some of those garments in the future.
So much fun!! I also love the crochet pink jacket you posted a few days ago.
Love 4878. Now that is style!
Dear Lara,
I found your blog yesterday, and I have been reading my way through your archives. So interesting. And I have fallen in love with your beautiful daughters! I have three charming and handsome sons, and haven’t been able to dress them in pretty little frocks :(….so I’m living vicariously…
I must say too, to all you amazing crafters in Australia that I’m envious of your creativity and all the networking you seem to do—how I’d love to come to a Brown Owl meeting! Thank you for sharing your life and creative projects on your blog where I can drop by and enjoy. I’m gradually learning the skills I need to post my own blog—still working on learning how to use my digital camera to make good fotos of my craft projects!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I’m not jealous – much! I’d LOVE to make the one on the top left for my Moo…. It’s the right size and everything….. *sigh*
What a lovely friend!
These are all fabulous, especially the little girls sewing patterns.
