Fancy a cuppa?
I seem to have a bit of a pattern testing gig going on. This time for the omnipotent Jodie. Fancy a cuppa?
This extremely delightful pattern is going to be released at the Stitches and Craft Show in Melbourne in March.
I think that it is absolutely too cute for words. So does Stella.
It’s been difficult to pry it away from her since I finished it! Jodie and many other wonderful bloggers will be hawking their creative wares and sharing their talents at the show. I can’t wait to go along! It’s at the Royal Exhibition Buildings in Carlton (eek!) Melbourne Showgrounds this year, and is being run by the team from Living Creatively. Now I’d better head off to make another cup and saucer so that the girls can have a cuppa together.
Hi Lara,
That is fabulous!
I thought it was at the showgrounds this year.
Cam
Eeek, yes, it is at the Showgrounds! I was confusing myself with the Australasian Quilting Expo…
Hi Lara-
Have you (and Jodie and the others) been following the thread on SnB Melbourne about volunteering for staffing an SnB at the Stitches & Crafts show?

It’s actually for all of the shows, not just Melbourne’s … but I think Melbourne’s happens first?
Regards,
Audrey
So cute, not surprised Stella loves it so.
Can’t wait for the show – I AM BURSTING
Absolutely wonderful! I am also doing a little squeal about the embroidered tea cloth underneath!
OHHHHHHHHHHHH how beautiful everything is…just love all the wonderful colors.
Gorgeous!
That is delightful! I’ll be buying that pattern!
very cute – just perfect for your girls~
She is one clever clogs that Jodie! I’ll be getting that pattern for sure – my 3yr old will LOVE it!
This tea set it to die for! Was it difficult to make?
Adorable! I love all of the different fabrics!
That’s so adorable Lara! No wonder the girls love it so much.
I’m looking forward to the new-look Stitches & Craft show this year – apart from being 8 months pregnant, which will make it just that bit more ‘fun’!
OMG! That is absolutely brilliant, and I’m so glad Jodie has decided to make it into a pattern!
I’m coming down to Melbourne in February for a Blythe meet … and now I’m wondering whether I can come down again for the craft show as well!
Lara, It looks great…..
I’m so so glad it actually worked. It took so many attempts to get that cup right that i was almost convinced it couldn’t be replicated ….
Thankyou so much for all your help on this and your awesome tips and suggestions…
I wonder if there is a career for pattern testing?
Jodie
It looks fantastic but I am so glad I didn’t get that pattern to test as I am sure I would have been tested!
Oh my goodness!! That is just the most adorable little thing!! I will definitley need to grab myself one of those patterns!
Great Job Lara!
You are the perfect pattern tester & your clients are lucky to have you. The teapot is super cute.
