Vintage crochet Friday #76
The cream shawl in the front is knitted, but the lavender dress is crocheted.
It’s rather reminiscent of the seashells and posies dress I crocheted for Stella. The more I see older vintage patterns, the more I realise that current ones are not much different, other than in styling.
It does look a bit like the dress you made for Stella, and that was such a pretty dress and looked so cute on her 🙂
Methinks she needs to be wearing a slip under that !
Lara the shawl in the front is very like one I have that an elderly friend made. She told me it was crotcheted…I will bring it down and show you next time!but it is very beautiful however it’s made!
The shawl looks just like the Carnival Shawl. Google it.
