Sunday Stash #21
I recently raved about how much I like Heather Bailey’s Freshcut range of fabrics. Next thing I knew an email arrived from Quilt Home informing me that all Heather Bailey’s fabrics were 20% off that week. It was meant to be.
If only the Aussie dollar was worth more! Good thing that only 6 yards fit into one international mailing envelope, or I’d have been sorely tempted to buy more of the range. It is even more lovely in real life – the fabric is soft and smooth, the colours saturated but not garish. Although it’s a few seasons old now this is definitely one of my favourite fabric ranges. At this stage I’m planning on combining these with other fabrics to eventually make a queen-size quilt for our bed. Don’t hold your breath though as to when!
Thanks to Tamara for hosting Sunday Stash. Clearly I haven’t yet run out of stash to show…
I have the two middle ones and I just dont want to cut into it!
So pretty!
so now you will be on the hunt for a pattern! All part of the fun, IMO!
I just picked out Jelly Beans http://www.mccallsquilting.com/articles/jelly_beans for a quilt I will be sewing for our cabin. The colors won’t look like jelly beans tho, just using this layout.
oops, forgot to say how much I love the fabric, Heather Baily is a favorite blog to read too.
BEautiful fabric – perfect spring colours. Looking forward to seeing what you create….
What amazingly beautiful material. I hope your the quilt in your head makes it to your bed!
I have a couple of those you bought. I love them all.
I love this as well. I made a quilt for my youngest daughter Poppy with the pinks and it looks lovely. I will never tire of looking at it. She was even admiring it herself the other day! LOL.
sumptuous colors! i love the paisley on the top left!
So fun!
Such lovely fabrics! Surely it was meant to be. 🙂
