March CAL squares
Were you wondering where the March squares were? It isn’t the end of March by a long shot, but after I was so quick off the mark with the first two months of this year, maybe you were expecting more. No, I’ve already stareted to slow down! Anyway, here is the March Ravelry Square – Winter Dream.
And the March Craftster Square is Irish Rose.
Both squares are crocheted in Cleckheaton Vintage Hues with a 6.5mm bamboo hook. The Winter Dream square needed an extra row added to bring it up to size; the Irish Rose square needed about three rows less.
EEEEEEUUUUUURRRRRGGGGGHHH a cockroach just crawled down the edge of the screen as I was typing! Please excuse me while I try to remove it from the house…
I love the bottom one with the flower – gorgeous.
Hope you got rid of the visitor – eek.
ARGHHHHHHH!!! Get it away from meeeeeee!
Love those squares (and I’ll love them more once I get the image of creepy crawlies out of my head!!)
So pretty!!
Beautiful squares. I particularly like the Irish Rose. And eeeeeeeeeeeeek! Die, scum of the earth, die!!!!!
I love the flower one so much, the colours are just gorgeous and I love the way they flow slowly and gently to each other. Vintage, you say? boo. that sucks. I’d love to play with it.
On the other end of the spectrum, AUGH! I’d probably lay an egg if a cockroash crawled down my monitor. (shudder) One thing that makes one thankful for the freezingass cold weather(greetz from Man,-its-snow!-BAH!, Canada! lol), is no bugs outside! And amazingly, since I moved into my house last May, I don’t think I’ve seen a single bug in here! No foodbugs in my flour… no spiders in my bathroom… no creepy moisturebugs in the laundryroom… it’s a miracle! praise be! lol.
My DH and I were pondering the idea of moving to Australia (I have relations in a bunch of different cities) but I suddenly just remembered something about spiders the size of wall clocks and decided I like it here. All I need is bugspray for the Deadly Summer Swarm-o-Skeeters and I’m good. O__O
gorgeous colours Lara. Yuk! I have seen a few cockroaches around my house too – and a mouse!
Wow, I am loving the purple flower one. So gorgeous. I wish I knew how to crochet.
