Vintage Crochet Friday #5
It must still be Friday somewhere in the world…
This is a lovely little poncho. The baby wearing looks a little spooky – at first I thought that maybe she had been drawn into the picture rather than photographed – but further inspection of the pattern booklet showed me that I was wrong. Here she is again.
Vintage children’s crochet patterns are very sweet.
Mm, that baby is a little terrifying. I’m sure she grew up to crochet many a poncho…
I think this baby has a sqint (ie turn in the eye) that is contributing to her spooky look. Or perhaps she is Little Red Riding Hood spooked by that BB Wolf.
She is cute tho as well as the pattern.
