More fabric – it is possible?
I suppose that I could have saved this post until tomorrow for Sunday Stash! My friend the postman delivered this lovely little bundle of colour from Sew Mama Sew yesterday.
Two prints from Anna Maria Horner’s Garden Party line:
The green floral will be a dress for Clare (she chose the print herself: she loves to sit on my lap when I am browsing for fabric online) and will probably be trimmed with the contrasting yellow floral. The other fabrics are all from Heather Ross’ Mendocino line.
I have smaller quantities of these, ranging from 1/8 yard to 1/2 yard pieces. I’m not sure whether they’ll end up as children’s clothes or whether they might end up in a bag or a quilt. They are all such nice cottons, perfect weight for garments as well as for quilts and the prints are divine!
Oh… I shouldn’t have LOOKED!
Now, Nikki… don’t click on that link….. stop… think of the fabric you already have… breathe… breathe… calm… calm…
Look at the mermaids! They’re beautiful! And the octopuses (octopi?) – what fun. :o)
I love the swimming fish fabric – I made a dress out of it…

I thought the quality of this fabric was better than most fabrics too.
