More neck warmers
I know, you’re all over the neck warmers. I think I’m probably over them too, for a little while (you can breathe a sigh of relief). These two are crocheted in Patons Shadow Tweed (why haven’t I used this yarn before? It’s gorgeous! Fantastic colour transitions, nice and soft and squishy, crochets up quickly):
And same-same, but different:
One will be for Dad for Father’s Day tomorrow. The other will go into my gift stash. They’re both from the same pattern as before. I tend to vary the number of rows depending on how much yarn I have left.
I’ve also been test sewing – you can have a sneak peak at the pattern over here. I must say, I love the finished result! I’m sure I’ll be blogging my version soon.
I haven’t been responding to comments or commenting much lately, and really want to say sorry. Time is so scarce at the moment, and I can barely keep up with reading your blogs let alone have time to comment. My sincere apologies. I love receiving comments and would love to comment more but presently just can’t. But I am reading, admiring your work and thinking of you! Busy paddling trying to keep my head above water.
I know what you mean about finding the time – not only have I been slack with blog commenting, but I haven’t sewn for the shop in over 2 weeks. I honestly don’t know where the time goes, but I suspect crochet is a kind of crafting black-hole when it comes to time.
I saw the photos of your bag on Flickr and I’m in love. Beautiful pattern.
Hugs hun, it’s that time of year. I am all behind with everything.
Hi Lara,
You are a legend! To work, run home and churn out creations so beautiful – I am in awe! See you at school Monday. Love your work!
Love,
Jen

Oh – and that was a short comment because I’m ALSO struggling with keeping up with comments!!
