More yo-yos on t-shirts. This time they’re attached through the centre with buttons, leaving the outer edges free.
I like this yo-yo effect better than the pink t-shirt posted previously (although she’s been very happily wearing the pink top today).
After all, it’s as she says – “but it looks good to ME”.
This is the last dress I sew for Miss Clare for a little while – it’s time to move on and sew something for me!
The pattern is the Little Prairie Girl dress, by Favorite Things. The fabric is Full Moon Forest, by Moda. Check out the owls!
I made this in a size 5/6, and it’s a little big. It will probably not be worn until next summer. There is a fabric tie at the back to adjust the size a little, but it is too long through the body (Miss Clare is on the short side).
It’s a great pattern though – I might need to buy the adult version for myself (yes, I know, I could try sewing up some of the myriad of patterns I already have first).
