More fabric
Another mail delivery (we like to keep the couriers busy)! Fabric this time – my first order from overseas. All packaged beautifully, tied with a bow!
These are to make the Black Forest Handbag, by Melly and Me. Very fresh for summer!
These are for making cushions for my cousin’s boys for Christmas. I intend to applique their initials onto them.
And these ones are just pretty. The purple floral is for Stella (should go nicely with the strawberry hair) and I suspect that Clare will claim the pink once she sets eyes on it.
This lot came from here – ordering was very easy, they arrived quickly, and worked out to be less than half the price I’d have paid here. I do feel guilty for not supporting local businesses, but obviously not enough to stop me shopping online. I have another order in the works from Sew, Mama, Sew! (including the adult Hip Skirts pattern).
Hello! I just came across you blog and had to tell you that I posted photos on my blog of an order of fabric I received last week. I thought it looked nice tied up with a bow. When I saw yours, I had to click on the link to see if we ordered from the same place, and we did! I live in Pennsylvania and the fabric arrives the next day, which I love. I know it’s not a big deal, but I thought it truly is a small world 🙂 Anyway, you have a wonderful blog, I will bookmark it to read up on all your posts.
