Clothes for Miss Clare

Well, here are the pictures of the skirts and cape I made for Miss Clare.  She loves them (thankfully) and has worn the fairy skirt (made from fairy-printed fleecy interlock, also used for the lining of the cape) almost non-stop.  I have a little of the fabric left, so will probably make her a windcheater to go with it as well.  May as well use up those scraps!

The striped fabric has been very well used – I think that it has gone into about five projects!  All gone now, however.

Both skirts are made from the same pattern as the corduroy skirt I made a little while ago.

Her father thinks that she’s little pink riding hood in this cape!

Grandma has also crocheted a pink scarf to go with her pink beanies and myriad of pink clothes – Miss Clare is pretty happy with her new clothes at the moment!  I could personally do with seeing her in a colour other than pink . . .

Crafting and sewing has slowed down to almost nothing – I’m doing a little crochet inbetween resting, breastfeeding and sleeping, but that’s about it!  I can still plan what I’ll do when I have more time though!
